Road Safety Walk
At the beginning of this term Primary 4/5 took part in the 'Step out with Skooter' road safety walk from the Department of the Environment. Margaret gave all children a high visible vest to wear out on the walk and talked about all the important and safe ways to cross a road. They walked around the local area and Margaret was very impressed that the boys and girls knew so much about road safety and how different objects can be a hazard. They received a certificate and bag for their great work which they were delighted with! They are now on the look out to see who can cross the road safely so you better watch out!!
