World Mental Health Day

As part of World Mental Health Day the children of P5 and P6 took part in some mindfulness activities through the art of colouring. We spent the afternoon creating our pieces and listening to some relaxing music which we all enjoyed. We got the chance to talk to one another, discuss our feelings and worries and share our AMAZING creations with each other. We then finished the day with some yummy buns! #MentalHealthDay2019 #Mindfulness
