Top Chefs in Little Stars

Today was an exciting day as our Little Stars made vegetable soup with the vegetables they bought on their visit to the local shops. The children explored all their senses; they cut the vegetables, they tasted them, they looked at their colours and they smelt them. The onions even caused a few tears! After peeling and chopping the vegetables, the children washed them and added them to a big pot for Ms McCormick to boil it all together. Everyone is looking forward to having Vegetable Soup for snack tomorrow.
