RISE in P6&7

Our Primary 6&7 children have been enjoying sessions from RISE this past 3 Wednesday afternoons. They have been learning all about .breathe and strategies on how to keep them calm and relaxed in difficult situations. They are looking forward to finishing off next week with some meditation activities. ? ?‍??
