Monochrome Paintings by P3

As part of our weather topic we decided to focus on the colour blue to represent the rain. By adding white to our base colour we were able to create different tints, increasing the lightness of the blue. When we added black to our blue we created shades which resulted in a decrease in the lightness of our blue base colour. We ended up with a monochromatic colour scheme. We had lots of fun exploring the different tints and shades we created. Check out the images below to see our final piece of abstract art we created.
