Little Stars end of year trip to Streamvale Farm

After what seemed like a very long countdown, it was finally time for Little Stars trip to Streamvale Farm. Everyone arrived at school very excited to travel on the bus to the farm along with their parents. Our guide Elaine showed us around. We got to feed the chickens, lambs and goats, cuddle the puppies and stroke the chicks and ducklings. There was even a very rare pea hen chick to look at. The children also got to milk daisy the cow and learned a special way to remember pasteurisation. The day was rounded off with a picnic lunch and a quick play in the adventure centre.
