Foundation Stage Visit The Farm

The children in Foundation Stage all dressed for work today as they went to visit the farm. They got up close and personal with the animals, they made sure that the chickens, ducks and lambs were well fed.  They found out how to milk a cow and what life was like for the pigs in their sty.  They discovered how friendly Billy the goat was.  They helped Farmer Damien to rake the hay and fork the silage. What trip to the farm would not be complete without a sit in a tractor! A great BIG THANK YOU to Farmer Damien and Mrs Gibson for letting us visit their farm!
