Nurture in Five.

The children have been enjoying participating in the Nurture in Five programme a whole school initiative. In each session the children go through five steps - movement, stretches, massage, breathing and relaxation. This programme helps the children to develop strategies to enable them to maintain their emotional health and well-being. Below are some issues taken this year of the children participating in the programme which was completed in collaboration with EA Primary Behavioural Support.
