A Victorian Victory!

A Victorian teacher visited the primary seven class today! The pupils stood when she arrived, recited their times tables, took part in a Victorian style drill and tried their hand at writing in cursive on a Victorian slate! In keeping with the Victorian classroom rules, she had to introduce the cane and the dunce hat for those who weren’t willing to write with their right hand or for those pupils who asked any questions!! She didn’t stay very long as her dress was super uncomfortable but the children enjoyed her company nonetheless! 🤣
