How to make Coconut Macaroons P5&6 style

Collect everything you need.
Empty the coconut into a bowl.
Open the tin of condensed milk.
Add the condensed milk.
Add 2 drops of vanilla extract.
Mix all these ingredients together.
Crack and separate the whites of two eggs.
Add a pinch of salt.
Whisk the egg whites until they are stiff
Fold the egg whites into the mixture.
Fold into the mixture.
Spoon onto a tray.
Cook in the oven at 170 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Once cooled decorate with melted chocolate.
